Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website majecksolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by Majeck Solutions LLC (“Majeck Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site Is Informational
The Site describes our Microsoft 365 security, identity, and endpoint consulting services. It is provided for general information only and does not itself deliver any consulting service, security control, or guarantee of any outcome. Nothing on the Site should be treated as specific advice for your organization’s environment.
No Professional Relationship Until Engaged
Browsing the Site, submitting the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. A professional services relationship begins only once we’ve agreed on scope and signed a separate engagement agreement (such as a statement of work or services contract) covering that work.
No Guarantee of Results
Cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 administration involve inherent risk, and no consultant can guarantee a particular security outcome, compliance result, or the absence of future incidents. Any description of our services, methodology, or past work on the Site is illustrative and is not a warranty of results for your organization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or related systems;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site (including its contact form or any automated systems behind it);
- Introduce malware or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Site.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s content — including its text, design, graphics, and logo — is owned by Majeck Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for your own reference, but may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-Party Links
If the Site links to a third-party website or service, that link is provided for convenience only. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majeck Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to $100. This limitation does not apply to any separate, signed engagement agreement for consulting services, which is governed by its own terms.
